Gusto is Xero’s preferred payroll partner, offering full service payroll and varying levels of HR support. Pay-as-you-go Workman’s Comp can be included. Time tracking systems like Deputy integrate nicely.

Includes current versions of the employee W-4 & I-9, application for Employer Identification Number (EIN), and employer quarterly & annual filings.
- Electronic Federal Tax Payment System
Register for online payment of Federal employer liabilities.
- Social Security Administration
Provides verification of employee ID’s and access to direct online filing of W-2’s.
- U.S. Department of Labor
Basic source for information regarding Federal Labor Laws.
Businesses with employees must also register for state employment and unemployment taxes. Many states have several agencies responsible for collecting these taxes, so make sure that you have met your registration and filing requirements with all agencies involved.
